Xie Fang (Richard Xie), Senior Advisor, is the founder & CEO of Fertexperts, a company established in 2010. Fertexperts is a market analysis leader. Its main business is to develop, sell and maintain their proprietary Fertilizer Market Analysis System. In addition, the company provides consulting services focussed on the fertilizer industry and market. Fertexperts have a number of major local and international companies as clients.

Prior to establishing Fertexperts, Mr. Xie was an Analyst at Mosaic China, the largest high-analysis phosphate fertiliser company in the world. He was also the Chief Editor of “China Fertilizer Market Week” owned by China National Chemical Info Centre (CNCIC) and an Engineer in the Northeast Division of China National Petroleum Company (CNPC).
