	Our People Chairman & Managing Director James Egan, founder of GCP, was a senior executive with Schroders Australia Limited in charge of the firms Fixed Income Division. He was a founding director of Merrill Lynch International Australia Limited, with full responsibility for the Merchant Banking operations and a member of the Executive Committee and was later appointed a Vice President in charge of Sales and Trading for all non-USD securities at Shearson Lehman Bros. Asia Inc., based in London and Tokyo. Prior to GCP, Mr. Egan was Managing Director of private Investment Banking groups from 1989. Mr Egan is a UK citizen and resides in Hong Kong. He is an non-executive director of dual listed e-pay Asia Limited (AIM:EPY), the largest e-payments company in SE Asia. He was formerly Chairman and Chief Executive of Streets Online Ltd. an online retailer where he led the trade sale to Kingfisher PLC. in 2000. He previously held senior Director level positions in Racal Electronics and NCR Corporation. Mr. Croft is a British citizen and resides in the United Kingdom.
